We ship out of Auckland, New Zealand, and free shipping covers most countries on the planet. Not sure about yours? Ask us and we’ll come straight back to you.
Nothing added at checkout
Shipping is already baked into the price. There is no separate charge and nothing appears at the final step that wasn’t on the product page.
Tracked to your door
You get a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Follow it any time from your account.
How long it takes

Good to know
No express option
Most of our gear is custom-made to order, so the door-to-door time includes production. Express wouldn’t actually speed it up. Our delivery partners already use the fastest airmail services available.
Delivery address
For card and Afterpay payments we ship to the billing address only, which keeps fraud off your card. Sending a gift? Pay by bank transfer or POLi and you can use their address as the billing address.
If something goes wrong
Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll sort it, and we pay the return shipping. See returns & refunds.
