Stand against a wall without shoes. Place a book flat on your head touching the wall. Mark the wall at the bottom of the book, then measure from the floor to your mark.

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.
💡 Solo Tip: Stand in front of a mirror. Wrap the tape around, hold both ends at the front where you can see the number. Breathe normally!

Your natural waist is the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Wrap the tape around — don't suck in! Breathe normally.

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg. Stand straight!
