Due to the nature of our business, most of our items are custom made to order, therefore the time for it to arrive at your door includes the production time. Due to this fact; at this time Express Shipping would not improve our delivery times, so we do not offer express shipping. Our Delivery Partners already offer the fastest possible Airmail services, and the shipping times would not be improved by ‘Express’ Services.

All Fibre Optic Clothing is send using DHL and arrives in 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment.

If you click this widget, it will open up your cart drawer which allows you to edit variations and quantity of items, or enter a coupon code. If you leave items in your cart they will remain there until your session expires. At this time we only ship to the Billing Address for Credit Card and Afterpay Payments.
If you want to get someone a gift, we understand. You can pay by bank transfer, or POLi Payments and put your friend or loved ones address down as the billing address.

Please make Immediate Contact Via E-mail if you have an issue with your order. You may contact us via Messenger, Text Message, or Phone Call, if you have an issue. However, the particulars of your request will be addressed via Email.
If you are not happy with your goods for any reason please make contact within 14 days of receiving your goods in the mail. We will pay for the return shipping, and arrange a replacement item, store credit, or a refund for you.
This is our guarantee, when your goods arrive, if you’re not happy, contact us. We will make it right. When you purchase products from Ravers Co you know it’s completely Risk Free.
After this 14 day period, replacement, or refunds are discretionary on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your goods so we will do our best to make sure you get exactly what you want. Sale, and Discounted products, generally are covered by our returns policy.

Order processing usually happens within’ 48 Hours.
Times can vary depending on a number of factors, and are usually pretty fast, we try and process orders at our warehouse within’ 48 hours of purchase, however in some cases it can take up to 4 business days.
Please be patient, getting your order out, and delivered fast, is our priority.
NOTE: Some of our items are Custom Made for you on order, please allow up to two weeks, we will notify you if something is being custom made for you.
Shipping can take between 3 and 11 working days.

If your order has not been processed please cancel the order, and create a new one with the correct items.

If the order has already been shipped we wont unfortunately be able to make any changes, but we can refund, or replace the order once you receive it, please get in touch as soon as possible.
