We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders. Our products ship from overseas via international logistics partners (including iMile and Cainiao). Standard delivery is approximately 8–12 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.
Express shipping and in-store pickup are not available. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeframe.
