Every clothing item we make can be tailored to your exact measurements — and in almost every case it costs you nothing extra. Here’s exactly how it works, so there are no surprises.

How custom sizing works

• 1. Share your measurements. Use our Fitting Room (it takes about 20 seconds), save them to your account, or give them to us at checkout.
• 2. If your measurements match one of our standard sizes, we’ll simply make and send you that standard size — it will fit, that’s the point of the measurements.
• 3. If you’re between sizes or outside the standard range, our maker tailors the piece to your measurements. This custom work is free. No hidden charge, no premium.

The one exception: oversize pieces

If a garment needs to be cut larger than our largest standard size, it genuinely uses more fabric and more work, and a one-off oversize fee may apply on top of the purchase price. This only affects a small number of orders, and here’s our promise on it:

• We will contact you with the exact fee before we make anything or charge anything extra. Nothing is ever added to your order silently.
• You can choose to pay the fee, switch to our largest standard size at no extra cost, or cancel that item for a full refund. Your call.

The fine print, in plain words

• Custom-sized and made-to-measure items are made for your body, so please measure carefully — our Fitting Room guides you through each measurement. If we think a measurement looks off, we’ll check with you before making the item.
• Our normal return and refund policy applies. If we got the making wrong against the measurements you gave us, we’ll fix it — that’s on us.
• Delivery times for custom-sized pieces are the same as our standard items unless we tell you otherwise when we confirm your order.
